Position Summary

ProQuality Network is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Program Manager to support our client’s divestiture projects within the biopharmaceutical industry. This role requires a strong background in project and program management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

The selected professional will oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring all project milestones, budgets, and deliverables are achieved efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals. The Program Manager will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts across all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of multiple divestiture-related projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, charters, and documentation.
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Engage stakeholders and provide regular updates, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and progress.
• Identify potential risks and issues, propose effective mitigation strategies, and manage escalations as needed.
• Track program costs, prepare monthly financial and progress reports, and ensure accurate budget control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all program management activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, compliance-driven results.
• Support change management and transition planning associated with divestiture projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, or equivalent project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience managing divestiture, merger, or acquisition projects in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of cGMP principles and familiarity with pharmaceutical operations is a plus.
• Strong background in budget management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
