Tactical Talent Recruitment is recruiting a Purchasing Executive – Bathroom & Sanitary Ware for a well-established Irish hardware business. This is a newly created, office-based role supporting the commercial management of bathroom and sanitary ware product ranges.

This role is ideal for candidates with office-based commercial experience and working knowledge of bathroom or sanitary ware, suppliers, and pricing. Experience as a buyer is not essential; candidates from purchasing support, procurement, sales support, or commercial administration backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the purchasing and commercial management of bathroom and sanitary ware product ranges
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, product specifications, lead times, and availability
• Maintain accurate pricing, product data, and supplier records across internal systems
• Assist with stock management and continuity of supply across bathroom collections
• Monitor competitor ranges, pricing, and market trends within the bathroom and sanitary ware sector
• Support promotions, product launches, and supplier initiatives
• Prepare reports and commercial analysis to support category performance

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in an office-based purchasing, procurement, sales support, or commercial role
• Working knowledge of bathroom and sanitary ware products (e.g. brassware, ceramics, furniture, showers, accessories)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing, margins, and data
• Proficient in Excel and internal systems
• Clear communication skills and a professional, reliable approach
