Working Hours/Days: Full time (7 am to 4 pm), Monday to Thursday and 7am to 3pm on Fridays

Working Model: On-site in Dublin (City Northside)

Reporting to: Regional Manager

Duties & Responsibilities 

·        Manage a small retail outlet with 2 employees.

·        Manage the P&L and deliver targets around sales, volume, margins, and profitability.

·        Develop strong working relationships with local tradespeople to drive business growth.

·        Strategically evaluate the areas of strength and weakness for your store.

·        Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the company.

·        Ensure operational efficiency and the highest standards of customer service.

·        Merchandise your store to the highest possible standards.

·        Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and success.

·        Identify and solve problems quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth operations.


Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be sales-focused, customer-driven, and an effective communicator with the ability to lead and inspire a small team. If you’re currently at Deputy, Assistant or Store Manager level in a retail environment, this is a company that offers a genuine progression path in their business with opportunities to progress into different stores and different roles in their organisation. The 3 key areas to deliver on are management of sales, staff, and stock. A hardware/builder’s merchants sector background is ideal but the company is open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds with retail management experience.

·        Basic salary €39k (39 hours per week)
