Merchandiser – Nationwide Travel (Hardware Sector)
Location: Ireland (Nationwide travel required)
Salary: Up to €40,000 + mileage

Tactical Talent Recruitment is working with a leading organisation in the Irish hardware sector to find a Merchandiser to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role that involves travelling to stores across Ireland to support store revamps, merchandising projects, and visual standards.
Own transport and a full driver’s licence are essential - mileage allowance is provided
Key Responsibilities:
· Travel to hardware stores nationwide as part of a team to support store fit-outs, revamps, and remerchandising projects.
· Some overnights may be required for larger projects with meals and accommodation provided
· Ensure the highest possible visual standards for stores
· Collaborate with store owners and staff to improve product presentation and layout
· Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through effective merchandising
· Provide feedback and updates to the central team
What You’ll Need:
· A background in the hardware, builders’ merchant, or DIY retail sector would be an advantage but not essential
· Strong visual awareness and attention to detail.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· A strong eye for detail and a natural sense of what makes a store appealing and easy to shop
· Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred.

The Offer:
· Salary up to €40,000, depending on experience
· Mileage allowance for all travel
· Monday to Friday schedule, some early mornings and late evenings will be required
