Job Purpose
As a designate branch manager for the Dublin region you will cover other managers annual leave as well as supporting branches that need additional management resource as required.
As the company expands and opens new branches in 2025, there will be the opportunity to move into a single branch as branch manager.
As a Designate Branch Manager, you will support the existing network of Branch managers in Dublin filling in for them when required. You will have significant autonomy in leading teams and managing all aspects of the branch's operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Support the management teams in the overall performance of various branches.
• Help to lead and inspire teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop strong working relationships with local tradespeople to drive business growth.
• Ensure operational efficiency and high standards of customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop teams to maintain a strong sales-focused environment.
• Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and success.
• Identify and solve problems quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in management, who is motivated by success and thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments. The ideal candidate will be sales-focused, customer-driven, and an effective communicator with the ability to lead and inspire their team. A background in management of a builder’s merchants business or similar trade business would be advantageous.
