Job Title: Showroom Sales Designer

Salary: Up to €40k (DOE) + industry-leading commission on all sales, bonuses and other benefits

Hours/Days: 39 hours per week – Alternating weekend work required (Saturdays and/or Sundays)

Ireland’s KBB recruitment specialist, Tactical Talent, is hiring on behalf of a market-leading kitchen brand in North Dublin.

We’re looking for a Showroom Sales Designer to join a busy showroom team in North Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent earning potential, and long-term career development.

What You’ll Do:

• Create professional kitchen and wardrobe designs using CAD software
• Greet and guide customers through the full design and sales process
• Generate accurate quotations and follow up on all leads
• Deliver outstanding service to retail and trade clients
• Maintain showroom presentation and support the wider showroom team
• Achieve defined sales and margin targets

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years' experience in kitchen design or similar sales/design role
• Proficiency with design software like Fusion 2020, or CAD
• A confident communicator with a commercial mindset
• Proven sales skills and experience working to targets
• A positive team player with attention to detail
