Position Overview:
The Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing & Costing Functional Lead will be pivotal in our ERP team, leading end-to-end implementations and providing functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Costing. This role requires a strong understanding of these modules, leadership in managing project life cycles, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Full Lifecycle Implementations: Oversee end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Costing module implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Functional Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Costing to design, configure, and optimize solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical specifications and functional designs.
• Solution Design and Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Costing modules, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client-specific requirements.
• Testing and Quality Control: Develop and implement test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to maintain solution integrity.
• User Training and Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to client teams, aiding in troubleshooting and user adoption.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, covering configuration settings, process flows, and end-user manuals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and innovations, recommending enhancements to improve client operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: 8-10 years in Oracle ERP implementations with at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Costing implementations.
• Certification: Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Costing certifications are strongly preferred.
• Functional Knowledge: Expertise in manufacturing and costing functionalities, such as production scheduling, inventory management, cost accounting, and reporting.
• Project Leadership: Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage client expectations, timelines, and project resources effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex concepts to various audiences.
• Adaptability and Collaboration: Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments and foster teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in additional Oracle modules such as Inventory and Order Management.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for manufacturing and costing.
• Background in multinational ERP implementations.
