A well-established Environmental Firm is looking for a Technical Leader to drive diverse environmental projects. This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Environmental Engineer or Senior Geologist to take on impactful project leadership and technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead environmental site assessments and remediation projects
• Develop and implement site investigation strategies
• Manage multiple complex technical projects
• Direct field activities and geological/hydrogeological assessments
• Mentor junior staff and manage project teams
• Interface with clients and regulatory agencies
• Prepare technical reports and proposals
• Ensure compliance with CERCLA, RCRA, and Wisconsin regulations

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience
• PE and/or PG designation preferred
• Technical project management experience
• Strong experience with Phase II assessments and remedial actions
• Advanced technical writing and communication abilities
