Established MEP engineering firm seeks a Senior Electrical Team Lead to manage complex building systems projects while leading technical teams in the Washington, DC area with hybrid schedule flexibility.

What you'll handle:

• Lead large MEP projects from conception through completion, coordinating with clients and design teams
• Manage technical staff and provide mentorship to engineering team members
• Direct technical work and provide QA/QC review of project drawings and specifications
• Develop project scope, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring code compliance
• Build relationships with vendors and partners to support project delivery
• Conduct engineering studies and produce technical reports and design documentation
• Represent the firm at professional organizations and networking events

What we need:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from accredited university
• 12+ years experience in AEC industry, preferably MEP engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and electrical design software
• Strong project management experience with large, complex building systems
• Experience leading and mentoring technical staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to construction sites and client offices as needed
