Summary:

Consulting Engineering firm seeks Mechanical Designer with minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in HVAC system design for educational, institutional, multi-family, and commercial facilities. Candidate must have knowledge of industry standards, client relations, and construction process, and possess strong communication and technical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC system design
• Expertise in layout, specification, calculations, equipment selection, LEED analysis, and cost estimating
• Working knowledge of architectural and engineering industry
• Strong client relations skills
• Ability to review shop drawing submittals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in Revit
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
