Overview:

A leading structural engineering firm seeks a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join their team. This position requires a blend of expertise in structural design, analysis, and project management across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will lead their engineering efforts, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in all our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design process for complex engineering projects, ensuring compliance with national and local codes.
• Conduct detailed structural analyses and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
• Oversee project teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers.
• Coordinate with architects, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in structural engineering technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license; SE license is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong portfolio of varied projects.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
