Our client is actively seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with a strong background in civil and wastewater engineering to join their team. This position is key to leading high-quality civil engineering projects, focusing on wastewater management and infrastructure!

Responsibilities:

• Lead civil engineering projects with a focus on wastewater treatment and infrastructure management.
• Expertise in hydraulic modeling and management of water distribution systems.
• Utilize advanced engineering software, including AutoCAD, Carlson Survey, Water CAD/GEMS, KY Pipe, and proficient use of Microsoft Office for project management.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance team capabilities.
• Engage in business development activities, expanding client relationships and securing new opportunities.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to meet project objectives within deadlines and budgets.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is mandatory.
• At least 7-10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a specialized focus on wastewater systems.
• Proven track record of at least 4 years in business development within the engineering sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse teams effectively.
