Skills you need / What you will do

• Experience supporting hardware/software products; familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce), SAP
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in technical support
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong phone presence, listening skills, customer service mindset
• Available during 9-hour Monday–Friday schedule
