This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and supporting customers in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Skills you need:

• 3–5 years of customer service, inside sales, or industrial distribution experience
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and computer skills
• Ability to negotiate pricing and manage customer expectations
• Basic product knowledge with strong attention to detail

What you will do:

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, enter orders, and resolve customer issues
• Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business
• Source products, manage inventory needs, and expedite backorders
• Coordinate shipping, returns, and order fulfillment
• Assist less experienced customer service representatives when needed
