Skills you need / What you will do

• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment (capital equipment, automation, or engineered-to-order systems)
• B.S. in Engineering or similar technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Field Service
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, document outcomes, and drive accountability
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and read CAD drawings while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams
