Our Partner is seeking a sharp, growth-driven Managing Director to lead execution across the team and accelerate revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning strategy into results—creating clarity, driving accountability, and keeping high-performing teams focused on initiatives that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities


Team Management

  • Lead weekly team meetings and 1:1s.
  • Ensure team role clarity, ownership, and accountability
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new marketing staff or contractors


Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain KPI dashboards and weekly executive reporting
  • Identify and implement systems improvements (Zapier, GoHighLevel, Circle)


Resource & Budget Oversight

  • Manage spend in alignment with budget and quarterly goals
  • Recommend scope or resourcing changes to protect execution


Business Development

  • Managing high level relationships and revenue funnels
  • Setting strategic visions
  • Quarterly strategic planning meetings

  • Have experience running operations in fast-paced, content-heavy environments
  • Thrive on execution and meeting deadlines
  • Know (or can learn quickly) GoHighLevel, Circle, Zapier, Notion, Asana
  • Have led small teams and understand cross-functional leadership
  • Create clarity in driving outcomes
  • Move with urgency and accountability


Qualifications

  • 3+ years in operations, project management, or similar roles
  • Proven track record of managing teams and hitting KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiar with CRM, online community platforms, and automation tools


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $90,000–$100,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus potential tied to execution and goal achievement
  • 401k
  • PTO


Success Metrics

  • Projects launched on time and on budget
  • Membership and event revenue growth quarter over quarter
  • Team cadence and accountability maintained weekly
  • Weekly reporting to manager with actionable data
