We are seeking a high-energy Territory Account Manager to focus on school athletics, education, and community organizations. This role is ideal for a driven professional eager to control their own financial success and transform warm leads into enduring partnerships within high-growth markets.


In this position, you will own the performance and growth of your designated territory by executing a strategic sales plan to uncover and develop business opportunities across local schools, athletic departments, and activity-based organizations. You will be expected to establish fresh relationships within your region while maintaining and strengthening existing accounts for repeat business. Our partner's account managers are trusted by educators, coaches, parents, and community leaders to provide impactful support for the programs they oversee.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build robust relationships with key stakeholders in school systems, including coaches and program directors, by understanding their unique challenges and delivering tailored software solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in organizational fundraising, educating decision-makers and building strong rapport with group leaders.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by consistently embodying our core corporate values in all professional interactions.
  • Oversee the launch of new fundraising campaigns and provide ongoing advisory support to guarantee their success.


Preferred Education and Experience

  • 1-3+ years of experience in an outside sales capacity
  • A self-motivated top producer with a strong track record of surpassing sales targets.
  • A confident communicator who excels at cold outreach, networking, active listening, and turning professional connections into long-term partnerships.
  • Prior experience working within school environments (e.g., coaching, teaching, or community volunteering) is a big plus
  • Located in Indianapolis, IN
