Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Customer Sales Representative — a true sales hunter — to join the growing team. This person will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining new shipper relationships across North America. You’ll thrive here if you love to compete, build relationships, and close deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cold call potential shippers to secure new freight opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements
  • Partner with operations to ensure successful load execution and customer satisfaction
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


What We’re Looking For:

  • A driven self-starter with a hunter mentality — you love the chase
  • Proven success in sales (logistics or freight brokerage experience a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented personality
