Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct project estimations following the company’s structured process.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Organize vendor quotes, prepare material packages, and perform takeoffs using McCormick Systems (or similar).
• Prepare final job estimates and proposals for customer review.
• Communicate with clients about scope, timelines, and project details.
• Attend pre-bid meetings when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience estimating commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Familiarity with electrical blueprints and specifications, including expertise in reading project requirements.
• Experience using McCormick Systems or similar software for takeoffs is preferred.
• General computer skills required, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Bluebeam REVU experience is a plus.
• Electrical field experience is a plus but not required.
