research. We conduct direct customer and market interviews to uncover real-world buying

behavior, competitive insights, and revenue opportunities that surveys and secondary data often

miss.

Role Overview

The Associate will play a vital role in Keystone’s research operations. This person will conduct

high-volume outbound calling to business professionals across the U.S. to conduct structured

market research conversations.

It’s cold calling and research interviewing — a fast-paced, metrics-driven role ideal for someone

who enjoys being on the phone, uncovering insights, and working toward measurable goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 400–500 outbound phone calls per day to targeted contact lists across assigned

markets.

• Conduct brief discovery or screening conversations to gather research data
• Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and data in tracking systems.
• Work closely with Keystone’s leadership teams to identify patterns, insights, and qualified participants.
• Continuously improve call scripts, tone, and outreach performance through feedback and coaching.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, survey research, or

inside sales.

• Proven comfort with high-volume phone outreach (400–500 calls/day).
• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and note-taking skills.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined with data entry and call tracking.
• Positive, coachable, and resilient — thrives in a performance-driven environment.
