Key Responsibilities
🚀 Workshop Fulfillment & Public Speaking
- Deliver engaging, world-class workshop experiences that captivate and educate attendees.
- Present expert-level marketing strategies and best practices on stage.
- Adapt content on the fly to maintain high energy and impact.
📸 Marketing Content & Testimonial Generation
- Collaborate with media teams and leadership to capture key workshop moments for marketing collateral.
- Ensure workshops generate high-quality testimonials and compelling storytelling for future campaigns.
📈 Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Provide strategic insights to elevate the marketing team’s performance.
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across paid media, CRO, email marketing, and SEO with budgets ranging from $250K–$2M annually ($30K/month minimum).
- Develop high-performing marketing strategies for local service businesses (online & offline).
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 2-4 years as a Marketing Director with leadership experience and a track record of strategic decision-making and measurable business impact.
- 5+ years of executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Expertise in:
