We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Director – Workshop & Strategy Lead to drive impactful marketing initiatives and deliver top-tier workshop experiences. This role blends strategic marketing leadership, high-energy presentations, and content-driven storytelling to engage audiences and enhance brand positioning.


You’ll lead workshop fulfillment, marketing strategy, and media collaboration, ensuring our events drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities


🚀 Workshop Fulfillment & Public Speaking

  • Deliver engaging, world-class workshop experiences that captivate and educate attendees.
  • Present expert-level marketing strategies and best practices on stage.
  • Adapt content on the fly to maintain high energy and impact.


📸 Marketing Content & Testimonial Generation

  • Collaborate with media teams and leadership to capture key workshop moments for marketing collateral.
  • Ensure workshops generate high-quality testimonials and compelling storytelling for future campaigns.


📈 Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Provide strategic insights to elevate the marketing team’s performance.
  • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across paid media, CRO, email marketing, and SEO with budgets ranging from $250K–$2M annually ($30K/month minimum).
  • Develop high-performing marketing strategies for local service businesses (online & offline).


What You Bring


Must-Haves


  • 2-4 years as a Marketing Director with leadership experience and a track record of strategic decision-making and measurable business impact.
  • 5+ years of executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


Expertise in:


  • Paid advertising (especially direct response for local services).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & A/B testing.
  • Email marketing & SEO strategy.
  • Ability to deliver high-impact presentations and workshops to large audiences.
  • A white-glove, “above and beyond” mindset with a knack for real-time content adaptation during live events.
  • Experience in marketing asset creation (e.g., slide decks, playbooks, content).
