Cruit Group has been engaged by a rapidly growing, venture-backed technology company that is transforming the restaurant industry through voice AI solutions. Their platform empowers quick-service brands to deliver faster, more accurate, and consistent service at scale — driving stronger guest experiences, reducing employee stress, and improving operational performance.

This client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Executive to lead sales growth efforts. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue, expanding enterprise and franchise adoption, and building lasting executive-level relationships across the quick-service restaurant space.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring new enterprise QSR brands, expanding franchise adoption, and supporting growth across new store locations.
  • Independently generate pipeline, open doors, and close both pilot and scaled deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and franchise owners.
  • Lead renewal discussions to ensure long-term value and continued customer success.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Project Management, Customer Success, etc.) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with an emphasis on ROI and long-term outcomes.


Qualifications


  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within restaurant technology, enterprise SaaS, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to sell to C-suite executives and franchise owners at the enterprise level.
  • Track record of building or leading sales teams in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
  • Expertise in account management and contract renewals.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and ROI-driven negotiations.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to operate with independence.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
  • Ability to interpret contracts and identify business implications to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Based in the U.S. with flexibility to travel; East Coast strongly preferred to align with client and customer time zones.
