Growth Lead: Product, Customer Success and Marketing Manager



Location: Remote


Our client is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup revolutionizing the sports tech industry. As an 8-person team rapidly scaling to a dozen full-time employees post-fundraise, we’re seeking a dynamic, high-impact individual to join our mission-driven company as our first Product/Customer Success/Marketing Manager. This net-new hybrid role is pivotal to building something special and driving our growth.


Role Overview:

Your job is to make sure the company is building the right thing, that our customers use it + are loving their experience, and that the world knows about it. You’ll wear multiple hats, seamlessly blending Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure we deliver exceptional value to our customers and achieve our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Management: Oversee the evolution of our SaaS platform under the guidance of our tech lead, ensuring we’re building solutions that address customer pain points and align with our mission.
  • Customer Success: Obsess over the customer—understand their needs, where they study their craft, and how we can help them. Ensure users adopt our platform, have an exceptional experience, and achieve their goals.
  • Marketing: Amplify our brand so the world knows about us. Develop and execute strategies to communicate our value proposition and drive market awareness. 
  • AI Tool Integration: Consistently explore, implement, and improve AI tools to enhance everything that we do.
  • Project & Team Management: Use your superpower in management to lead tasks, people, initiatives, and projects with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless collaboration across our growing team. Manage the engineering operations and evangelize user experience from every angle.


Who You Are

We are looking for an extremely high-agency, high-trust person who constantly seeks to “make the boat go faster,” plug gaps, and improve business outcomes without ever having to be asked to do so. You’ll be obsessed with the mission, involving yourself centrally in building something special and helping the company reach its objectives. 


Qualifications

  • Background in two out of: product/project management, UI/UX, marketing, professional services. 
  • Proven ability to manage tasks, people, and cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Deep customer obsession, with a knack for understanding pain points and delivering solutions. 
  • Experience with or enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency. 
  • High-energy, proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative and delivering results.
  • Outstanding, completely fluent, professionally nuanced verbal and written English skills
