Role Overview: Manager, Construction Disputes

Key Responsibilities


  • Technical Execution: Perform sophisticated delay and quantum analyses and utilize advanced scheduling techniques to support complex litigation.
  • Project Management: Lead specific workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective management of junior consulting staff.
  • Client Support: Assist in the preparation of dispute resolution materials and commercial litigation support across diverse industry sectors.
  • Professional Evolution: Actively participate in the development of expert reports and prepare for future opportunities in depositions and live testimony.


Candidate Profile


  • Experience: Approximately 5–7 years of experience specializing in construction disputes or litigation support.
  • Scheduling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Analytical Depth: Strong background in forensic delay, cost analysis, and commercial dispute resolution.
  • Leadership Potential: Proven ability to manage staff and take full ownership of complex workstreams.
  • Ambition: A clear interest in evolving into an expert witness and progressing into a Director-level role.


Compensation & Logistics


  • Total Rewards: Competitive base of $125K – $170K + signing bonus + guaranteed first-year performance bonus.
  • Location Flexibility: Primary hubs are San Diego, San Francisco, and Las Vegas, with additional opportunities in NYC, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston.
  • Work Model: A commitment to in-office presence is required to foster professional development and collaborative growth within the firm’s U.S. network.
