Apply for this job

We are representing a leading, results-focused B2B growth agency that specializes in driving significant customer acquisition for high-growth companies. Their core expertise lies in performance media management, conversion optimization, and advanced analytics. The team is highly strategic, collaborative, and driven by client outcomes. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-impact environment, are committed to continuous learning, and want your work to translate directly into client success, you will be a great fit for this opportunity.

Note on Clients: While we cannot list specific names, the agency's portfolio includes established global brands, rapidly scaling tech startups, and high-profile industry leaders across various sectors.

The Opportunity

This agency believes in a dynamic approach to marketing—their strategies are constantly evolving based on relentless testing, market shifts, and sharp analytical insights. Their edge is rooted in execution that truly moves the needle for their clients.

As the Senior Performance Marketing Lead, you will join their team to take the lead in scaling paid media performance, with a primary emphasis on Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and the potential to expand strategy into platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will define the strategy, own client revenue outcomes, and drive tangible growth for some of their most ambitious partners.

What You'll Be Doing

You will manage the strategy, performance, and client relationships for a portfolio of 13-18 accounts. You will operate as the day-to-day strategic partner for clients, focused on delivering real business results rather than just campaign management.

  • Own and execute comprehensive, full-funnel growth strategies across paid search platforms.
  • Rapidly launch, test, and iterate on campaigns based on performance data and key learnings.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring prompt and professional communication via Slack, email, and meetings.
  • Maintain meticulous campaign hygiene through rigorous building, optimization, and auditing.
  • Proactively develop data-backed strategies rooted in performance trends and market intelligence.
  • Translate complex business objectives into clear testing roadmaps and actionable media plans.
  • Continuously monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and pivot strategy decisively when required.
  • Present insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with their internal teams (e.g., Paid Social, Analytics, Creative/Design) to ensure integrated results.
  • Ensure airtight project management, hitting all deadlines and maintaining clear communications without requiring follow-up.

What Defines Success in This Role

  • Consistently achieving or exceeding client-specific KPIs (e.g., Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL)).
  • Maintaining a high testing velocity with data-driven iteration and documented learnings.
  • Building deep client trust, making you the go-to resource for strategic guidance.
  • Earning internal team trust through consistent ownership and accountability.
  • Demonstrating the ability to proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and drive their resolution.

What Makes You the Right Fit

The agency seeks a leader who not only knows how to execute ads but understands how to engineer and build sustainable business growth.

  • 4+ years of direct, hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous client accounts while maintaining calm under pressure.
  • Deeply analytical mindset - you look past the numbers to ask why performance is what it is.
  • Comfortable pushing back on client requests or internal assumptions when data dictates a different strategic path.
  • Exceptional communication skills: you write clearly, present confidently, and are adept at managing client expectations.
  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented: you double-check all work, catch your own errors, and maintain the highest standard of execution.

This Role is Not for You If:

  • You want to define strategy but avoid the hands-on execution required to prove it.
  • You prefer working on a single account or have a slow-paced work style.
  • You are seeking a low-urgency position without a focus on immediate impact.
  • You wait for others to flag underperformance before initiating corrective action.
