The Opportunity


We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager with dedicated expertise in the addiction treatment and rehabilitation sector to lead performance marketing strategies within this specialized space. This is a critical, hands-on role where you will directly influence patient acquisition success by scaling paid media performance and driving measurable business outcomes for multiple centers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing, particularly within highly regulated healthcare or treatment-related industries, and be deeply familiar with the unique operational challenges and compliance requirements of the space.


What You’ll Be Doing:


Client Strategy and Execution


  • Strategy Ownership: Own the full growth strategy, execution, and measured results for a portfolio of 10–15 rehabilitation and addiction treatment clients. Focus primarily on Paid Search and strategically expand into platforms like Meta Ads as needed.
  • Campaign Management: Quickly launch, optimize, and iterate campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices to drive consistent, quality patient leads.
  • Funnel Optimization: Lead full-funnel strategies that optimize patient acquisition, from initial traffic sources to high-value conversions, driving continuous improvements in Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).


Admissions and Operational Partnership


  • Admissions Optimization: Act as a partner to the client's admissions team to ensure they are following best practices, utilizing call tracking tools effectively, inputting data accurately, and operating efficiently.
  • Identify Bottlenecks: Proactively identify and address operational and technical bottlenecks that impact the critical lead-to-admit performance ratio, ensuring strong marketing results are not undermined by operational gaps.


Compliance and Collaboration


  • Compliance Leadership: Ensure all campaigns strictly adhere to industry regulations, including HIPAA, ADA, and LegitScript certifications, while maintaining patient privacy and operating under the highest ethical standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal analysts, creative strategists, and designers to refine ad creative, landing page experiences, and copy for maximum impact within the sensitive rehab client vertical.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day strategic advisor for clients, providing timely updates, insightful performance analysis, and proactive strategic recommendations.


Problem-Solving and Reporting


  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Quickly address any campaign underperformance and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Reporting: Track and report regularly on key performance metrics, focusing on industry-specific goals (e.g., Cost/Verified Outcome Benchmark and Cost/Admit numbers).

  • Exceeding KPIs: Consistently achieve key client performance metrics, including strong Cost/VOB and Cost/Admit numbers.
  • Optimized Testing: Maintain a high testing velocity with continuous data-backed iterations that drive demonstrable performance uplift.
  • Client Trust: Become the client's trusted advisor, consistently demonstrating deep expertise and authority in the addiction treatment patient acquisition space.
  • Team Trust: Deliver seamless, autonomous execution with internal cross-functional teams, ensuring all aspects of campaigns are managed flawlessly.


What Makes You a Fit:


  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns for rehabilitation centers, healthcare brands, or closely related industries.
  • Analytical: Possess a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into strategic decisions and campaign adjustments.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and capable of quickly pivoting strategies based on client needs or market shifts.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; you present confidently and excel at proactively managing client expectations.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous work ethic—you double-check everything, guaranteeing flawless, compliance-focused execution.


Bonus Points:


  • Industry-Specific Expertise: Deep familiarity with the nuances of the rehab industry, including its operational challenges, various treatment approaches, and unique patient acquisition pathways.
  • Platform Proficiency: Expertise in advanced features of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, plus experience with rehab-specific marketing tools (e.g., specialized call tracking and verification systems).
