The Work
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a focus on Programmatic and Display
channels to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a parental leave.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with deep paid media experience, with a background
in programmatic and display ads, who is comfortable balancing action with oversight,
prioritization, and collaborator management. You’ll also work closely with Growth Marketing
leadership and Performance Marketing specialists to track budgets and optimizations across
channels.
What You’ll Do
● Launch, manage, and track campaigns across programmatic channels, including
campaign setup, asset trafficking, tracking, and landing page coordination.
● Help manage day-to-day budget oversight, pacing, platform configurations, and
vendor relationships across performance marketing channels.
● Support campaigns execution on paid social channels when needed.
● Ensure measurement, tagging, and attribution are set up accurately and consistently
across campaigns.
● Monitor performance trends and surface insights, recommendations, and issues to
Growth Marketing partners and collaborators.
● Support performance reporting and help synthesize results into clear takeaways for
decision-making.
● Stay current on platform updates, guidelines, and performance marketing trends to
continuously improve execution quality.
What You’ll Bring
● 5+ years of experience in Programmatic, display and OOH, with hands-on experience
managing and scaling campaigns across platforms similar to AdForm, The Trading
Desk or more niche DSP partners, with exposure to other channels like Paid Search
and Paid Social.
● Strong understanding of performance marketing strategy, execution, and optimization,
from campaign setup through reporting and insights.
● Experience managing budgets, pacing, and forecasts across multiple channels.
● Proven ability to review and QA others’ work, provide clear direction, and ensure
consistent quality.
● Comfortable functioning in a temporary leadership position, managing implementation
alongside coordination and prioritization.
● Strong communication abilities and the capability to work well with Growth Marketing,
creative, and other cross-functional colleagues.
● A highly organized, diligent, and data-driven approach to work.
