Hourly Rate: Starting at $28-30/hour and above, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule service technicians and manage their daily dispatch for 5-8 trucks.
• Coordinate with permit services and schedule necessary inspections.
• Create new jobs in ServiceTitan for sold projects and send out service invoices.
• Handle customer communication and coordination, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records and manage service workflows in ServiceTitan.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role within an Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing company is ideal.
• Proficiency in ServiceTitan software is required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules and coordinate with multiple departments.
