The Opportunity

As the Senior Performance Marketing Lead (Paid Social), you will be crucial in scaling paid media performance across major social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging channels. This is an essential, hands-on role where you will define high-level strategy, directly influence revenue outcomes, and shape how the agency delivers growth for its most ambitious clientele.


What You’ll Be Doing


You will own the overall strategy, performance metrics, and client relationships for a portfolio of approximately 13–18 accounts, essentially acting as the client's day-to-day strategic leader for Paid Social. Your mandate is to drive real business results across social channels, not just manage ad sets.


  • Lead and execute end-to-end, full-funnel growth strategies across key paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding and execution of marketing for tech-related products and services.
  • Rapidly launch campaigns, implement structured experiments, and iterate based on performance data and clear hypotheses.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring prompt and professional communication across all mediums (Slack, email, etc.).
  • Meticulously build, manage, and optimize campaigns across all paid social platforms.
  • Proactively develop strategy rooted in data analysis, market trends, and actionable creative insights.
  • Translate complex client business goals into concrete testing roadmaps and executable media plans.
  • Continuously monitor performance, troubleshoot delivery issues proactively, and pivot strategy decisively when necessary.
  • Regularly present clear insights and performance updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal Paid Search, Creative, Analytics, and CRO teams to execute cohesive, cross-channel growth strategies.
  • Maintain airtight project tracking, ensure deadlines are met, and manage all communication with full autonomy.

  • Exceeding client key performance indicators (e.g., Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)).

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
