We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a passion for healthcare technology to help our clients transform their care delivery processes and achieve outstanding outcomes. In this role, you’ll manage relationships with a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring clients maximize the value of innovative solutions designed to enhance care for vulnerable populations. You'll work cross-functionally with expert teams to deliver meaningful results in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring clients experience smooth onboarding and ongoing success. Develop a deep understanding of client needs to drive engagement and retention.
  • Advisory Leadership: Guide clients on optimizing their operations by leveraging data-driven insights and tailored recommendations. Present strategic updates during virtual and in-person business reviews.
  • Business Growth Initiatives: Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities for expanding solution adoption and enhancing client outcomes, supporting revenue growth and long-term client loyalty.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with clinical, implementation, product, and support teams to address client challenges and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to internal teams to influence product innovation and enhance client satisfaction.


Key Requirements:


  • Professional Expertise: 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally within the SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.
  • Healthcare Focus: Demonstrated experience working with low-tech customers and/or within the healthcare industry, understanding the unique dynamics of this space.
  • Customer Success Fundamentals: Strong grasp of best practices for high-touch, low-tech client engagement, including the ability to build trust and drive results in collaborative partnerships.
  • Effective Communicator: Ability to tailor communication for diverse stakeholders, from frontline teams to executive leadership, while maintaining a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable learning and explaining complex healthcare technology solutions, with the ability to guide clients through adoption and optimization.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings and strategic reviews as needed.

Location Details:


This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX, or the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for remote work.


Compensation:


Base Salary: $75,000-$100,000 + Bonuses
