Senior Performance Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance media programs designed to drive app installs, monthly active users, and revenue-generating leads. This role will lead investment decisions across digital and offline channels, leveraging internal data such as lifetime value to scale campaigns profitably and efficiently.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for translating business objectives into measurable outcomes across the full media mix.
In this key role you will:
● Performance Marketing Team Collaboration
○ Maintain hands-on involvement in day-to-day work, providing direction on strategy, channel mix, testing plans, and optimization priorities.
○ Manage agency partners to ensure alignment with internal priorities across lines of business
● Media Strategy & Planning
○ Develop and own full-funnel media strategies to drive app installs, monthly active users (MAU), and revenue-generating leads.
○ Expand media plans beyond digital channels to include TV, OOH, and other offline media for larger, integrated campaigns.
○ Translate business goals into channel-level investment strategies informed by performance data and profitability targets.
● Campaign Execution & Optimization
○ Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and additional digital and offline channels.
○ Coordinate directly with marketing partners executing media buys on behalf of Rumble to drive app installs
○ Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency, scale, and downstream performance, with accountability for ROI.
● Creative Strategy, Creator & Cross-Channel Collaboration
○ Lead creative strategy for performance campaigns across digital, TV, and OOH, ensuring messaging and formats align with goals.
○ Work directly with creative teams, creators, and video producers & editors to develop and iterate on high-performing assets.
○ Partner closely with organic social and product marketing teams to repurpose and amplify campaign creative across owned and earned channels.
○ Use performance insights to inform creative direction and continuously improve asset effectiveness across channels.
● Data-Driven Investment & Profitability
● Use internal data such as lifetime value, CAC, and cohort performance to guide media investment decisions.
● Dynamically adjust spend across channels to ensure campaigns are scaling profitably.
● Partner with data and analytics teams to refine measurement frameworks tied to installs, MAU, and revenue impact.
● Budget Ownership & Performance Reporting
● Own media budgets across channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources in line with performance and growth targets.
● Prepare clear, actionable performance readouts for stakeholders, highlighting insights across installs, MAU, leads, and revenue.
● Cross-Functional Leadership & Market Insight
○ Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align media strategy with broader business objectives.
○ Stay current on industry trends, platform changes, and the competitive landscape to inform media planning and execution.
○ Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and media vendors as needed to support campaign goals.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in performance marketing or media buying, with success driving app installs, user engagement, and revenue outcomes.
● Hands-on experience across major digital platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Google Ads, MMPs like AppsFlyer, with exposure to or interest in TV and OOH media buying.
● Strong analytical skills with experience using lifetime value, CAC, and cohort analysis to drive profitable growth.
● Results-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in digital advertising are a plus.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing market conditions and leverage internal data to drive profitable outcomes.
