We are recruiting on behalf of a leading, high-growth supply chain and logistics provider that specializes in custom, branded packaging and essential supplies for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and multi-unit Food Service industry. This company partners with major national and regional restaurant chains to design, source, manufacture, and deliver the critical items that represent their brand, from custom cups and containers to branded to-go packaging.



The Opportunity


We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow a key portfolio of existing QSR clients. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction, driving the smooth logistics of packaging programs, and identifying opportunities to expand the scope of branded products the client utilizes. You will act as the key strategic liaison between the client's marketing/operations teams and our internal manufacturing/logistics teams.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Strategic Client Partnership: Serve as the primary strategic contact for a book of high-volume QSR and multi-unit restaurant accounts. Build deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders across procurement, operations, and marketing.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of client packaging programs, including forecasting, inventory levels, logistics, and delivery scheduling to ensure zero stock-outs at client distribution centers or restaurants.
  • Program Growth: Proactively identify and secure opportunities to expand the product offering (upselling new custom packaging items, seasonal supplies, or different product lines) to maximize revenue within existing accounts.
  • Operational Excellence: Partner with internal supply chain, design, and manufacturing teams to manage production timelines, quality control, and vendor relationships specific to the client's needs.
  • Design & Development: Work closely with the client's brand teams to manage the process of developing new custom packaging concepts and prototypes from initial design through to final production.
  • Performance & Value: Conduct regular business reviews to communicate cost savings, logistics efficiencies, and the value delivered by the packaging program.
  • Retention & Advocacy: Ensure high client satisfaction, promptly resolving any supply or quality issues to maintain high retention rates and foster client referrals.


What Makes You a Fit


  • 2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience, specifically managing large, complex, and recurring B2B supply contracts.
  • Industry Knowledge is Required: Direct experience or deep familiarity with Branded Packaging, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Direct Sales to the QSR, Restaurant, or Food Service industry is mandatory.
  • Logistics Acumen: Strong understanding of manufacturing lead times, forecasting, inventory management, and B2B distribution/freight.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to manage a P&L for a book of business and identify profitable expansion opportunities (upsells/cross-sells).
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to build and maintain trust with senior-level decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Meticulous Execution: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple large-scale production and delivery schedules simultaneously.
