The Opportunity
Our client is an elite, independent global consultancy specializing in high-stakes, complex business matters. As they aggressively expand their U.S. presence, their Capital Projects & Dispute Resolution practice is seeking a high-caliber Manager to lead engagements for project owners, contractors, and stakeholders on some of the world’s most complex construction developments.
This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where you will translate real-world project experience into strategic advisory insights. You will serve as a hands-on leader, bridging the gap between technical data and executive-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Engagement Leadership: Oversee fact-finding, document review, and the development of sophisticated technical analyses for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.

Technical Analysis: Lead workstreams in schedule analysis (baseline reviews, delay assessments), Earned Value Management (EVM), and change order preparation.

Claims & Disputes: Prepare pre-dispute analyses and support formal dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, through the preparation of expert reports and trial exhibits.

Client Management: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, translating complex strategic questions into actionable insights under the direction of a Partner or Director.

Team Development: Direct and mentor a team of Analysts and Associates, ensuring the highest quality of analytical output and professional development.

Business Growth: Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and maintaining high-value client relationships through exceptional delivery.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or Construction Management.

Experience: 5–10 years within project advisory or the construction industry. Experience in energy, infrastructure, or forensic consulting is a significant advantage.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Strong command of the MS Office suite (Excel, Visio); programming knowledge is a plus.

Certifications: PMP, PSP, or PE certifications are highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional written skills with the ability to draft structured, regulatory-grade narratives and present complex data clearly to C-suite stakeholders.

Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites and firm offices as required.
