Are you a Revit "power user" who loves the technical puzzle of building high-detail models? We are a premier national structural engineering firm looking for a BIM Modeler to join our growing Precast Concrete division.

In this role, you aren’t just "drawing lines"—you are building the digital twin of a building. You will be the technical backbone of our production team, ensuring that our structural models are fabrication-ready and that our engineering team can focus on what they do best.

What You’ll Do

• 3D Modeling (LOD 400): Develop highly detailed structural models in Revit, specifically focusing on precast concrete components, reinforcement, and connection hardware.
• Document Control: Set up project sheets, manage view templates, and ensure all construction documents align with company standards.
• Revision Management: Work closely with Structural Engineers to pick up redlines, manage RFIs, and update models in real-time.
• Collaboration: Use cloud-based tools to coordinate models across disciplines, ensuring a "clash-free" design before it hits the fabrication shop.

The Technical Must-Haves

• Revit Mastery: 2–5 years of professional experience. You should know your way around worksets, schedules, and basic family editing.
• The "BIM" Mindset: You understand that the "Information" in BIM is just as important as the geometry.
• Software Stack: Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Bluebeam, and Navisworks is highly preferred.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical modeling issues clearly to the engineering team.

The "Bonus" Skills

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in Precast Concrete, Structural Steel, or high-detail manufacturing models.
• Coordination Skills: Experience using Trimble Connect or leading small-scale clash detection.
