The HR Business Intelligence Analyst will support the achievement of business goals by influencing change through the creation and development of HR analytics and data insights, while supporting the implementation of the global HR strategy. This role will enable data-driven decision-making by leading the development, implementation, and management of HR analytics and reporting. This role will also work closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders, globally, to provide strategic insights that inform workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management and retention initiatives.
Essential Functions
· Leverage historical and current labor analytics and analysis to help align labor plans with company production targets
· Leverage data to identify areas of opportunity to drive growth, engagement, and process improvement
· Support global sustainability and diversity & inclusion initiatives through data and trend analysis
· Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, engagement, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
· Leverage data analytics to optimize the company’s global HR technology investments
· Obtain business intelligence from multiple sources including company data, industry, and field reports, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics or purchased sources
· Prepare and submit compliance data and reports per external agency requests (e.g., EEO reporting)
· Uphold and be an advocate for the protection and privacy of employee data
Position Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field
Experience:
· Demonstrates strong HR technology acumen and pursues knowledge of industry advancements
· Ability to collaborate, problem-solve and create solutions with all levels of the organization
· Strong focus on discretion and confidentiality
