Quality Engineer – 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, MN | Onsite

We are hiring a hands-on Quality Engineer to support precision manufacturing operations and help ensure customer quality requirements are met. This role offers the chance to work with advanced tools, diverse custom projects, and a team focused on continuous improvement.

Open to Quality Technicians or Quality Leads who are ready to step into a Quality Engineer role and looking for continued career growth. Hiring manager is employee centric and looks to find ways for his team to grow.

Must have manufacturing quality experience!

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain quality plans and inspection methods
• Lead nonconformance investigations and corrective actions
• Ensure accuracy of measurement and production equipment
• Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve quality issues

What You Bring

• 4 to 10 years of quality experience in manufacturing and experience with metals
• Strong mechanical inspection and GD&T skills
• Experience leading process improvement
• Clear communication and a hands on mindset
• Ability to work directly on the production floor
• Six Sigma or Lean experience (certification not required)
