Based upon our business growth and internal promotions, we are looking to hire Machinists at our Warren, OH Facility for our night shift. The hours are Monday through Thursday from 4pm – 4am. 

Responsibilities:

• Operates CNC, lathes, drill presses, mills, routers, grinding machines, and profile machines
• Manual editing of CNC Programs
• Works alongside experienced Industrial / Manufacturing Technicians to generate CNC programs for 3, 4 & 5 axis Vertical and Horizontal Milling Machinery
• Works from drawings and written instructions to create replacement and new parts in making repairs to metal parts
• Requires advanced knowledge of various metals and of measurements used in machining processes
• Performs housekeeping of machine and work area
• Performs daily maintenance check of machine
• Other work may be assigned at Management’s discretion

Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

• High School or Equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of CNC Machinist experience required
• Multi-axis CNC experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Crane/Forklift – In-house training provided to obtain certification
• Proper use of Safety Equipment such as Safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses and gloves
• Proper use of tools such as Inside and Outside Micrometers, Depth Micrometer, Calipers, Bore Gages and other General Hand Tools
