The Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts across the greater New York City and Mid-Atlantic areas. This is a high-impact, 100% remote role designed for a "road warrior" who thrives on building deep relationships with luxury Travel Advisors and representing an elite brand at industry events. Regular travel calling on accounts in the following states: New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Relationship Management: Conduct regular in-person and virtual sales calls with luxury Travel Advisors to build and nurture relationships with top-producing agencies.

Training & Education: Deliver engaging product training sessions and presentations, both in-person and online, to improve advisor confidence and conversion rates.

Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador at trade shows, conferences, and high-level industry events to elevate our visibility.

Territory Development: Identify new business opportunities and execute a territory sales plan aligned with company growth goals.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with our marketing team on co-branded campaigns and maintain accurate records in our CRM to track sales performance.
Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum of 7–12 years in a sales role specifically within the luxury travel sector.

Network: You must be well-known within luxury travel circles and possess existing relationships with high-producing luxury Travel Advisors.

Mindset: We are looking for "out of the box" thinkers who are hardworking and highly motivated.

Travel: Ability to travel extensively (typically 3 days per week) throughout the Tri-State and Mid-Atlantic regions.
- The ideal candidate will live in the New York Metropolitan Area.
Compensation & Perks
- Work Location: Remote

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary, plus commission.
