Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Chicago, IL – $65,000–$80,000

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You’ll either lead front-of-house operations or take on both FOH and BOH, depending on experience.

  • Lead and develop a team of 25+ employees
  • Oversee weekly sales of approximately $45,000
  • Ensure excellent guest service and team culture
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, and training
  • Be hands-on and present on the floor
  • Support and uphold brand standards


Who We're Looking For

Required:

  • 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience
  • Experience overseeing $45K+ in weekly sales
  • Managed teams of 25+
  • FOH experience required; must be open to learning BOH
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Professional appearance
