Supply Chain Finance Manager – CPG

Northern NJ | Hybrid | ~$150K + 20% bonus

A private-equity-backed consumer products company is looking for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to help bring cost visibility and financial discipline to a growing supply chain operation.

The role sits directly with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory teams, helping leadership understand where costs are moving and where margins can improve.

This isn’t just reporting — finance is expected to partner with operations and influence decisions.

You’ll work on things like:

• Understanding drivers behind manufacturing and freight variances

• Improving inventory visibility and working capital performance

• Supporting forecasting and budgeting across supply chain functions

• Modeling cost improvements, supplier negotiations, and logistics changes

• Helping leadership see where operational changes improve margins

Background that tends to fit well:

• Supply chain finance / manufacturing finance / operational FP&A

• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or supply-chain heavy environments

• Someone who likes working close to the business, not just in spreadsheets

Hybrid role in Northern New Jersey (2–3 days/week).
