The Role

As the Provider Recruiter, you will be a foundational member of our growing HR team. This is a high-impact, 100% on-site role based at our corporate headquarters in Germantown, Maryland. You will take full ownership of the provider recruitment pipeline, transitioning these responsibilities and ensuring we have the clinical talent necessary to meet our expansion goals in Maryland and Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Physicians and Physician Assistants (PAs), from sourcing and initial screening to offer negotiation.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize specialized platforms such as Doximity, Practice Link, and Indeed, and represent us at virtual or in-person job seminars.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Chief Medical Officer for clinical competency interviews and coordinate with the Head of Operations to align hiring with clinic needs.
  • Process Coordination: Manage all interview scheduling and candidate communication, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Work alongside the Credentialing, Payroll, and Benefits departments to ensure smooth onboarding for all new providers.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience specifically in provider/physician recruitment within a healthcare or medical environment.
  • Mindset: A "humble doer" who thrives in a high-growth, private equity-backed environment.
  • Skills: Strong process orientation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with speed and accuracy.
