They are hiring a Head of Marketing to define how the firm communicates with the world — shaping its voice, visual identity, and presence across every channel. This role blends brand strategy, content creation, and community-building, and will steward how the firm engages investors, founders, academics, and ecosystem operators.
Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will set and own the firm’s brand strategy and public narrative. You’ll lead the development of a cohesive marketing platform that spans written, visual, and experiential content, helping the organisation become a recognised home for frontier thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand strategy, storytelling, and digital presence across social channels, newsletters, website, and media.
- Produce and publish high-impact content across written, visual, and event-based formats.
- Lead key initiatives such as educational programs, community series, competitions, and partnership-driven events.
- Curate and run community gatherings, panels, and thought-leadership campaigns that elevate the firm’s ideas and network.
- Build a unified design language and visual identity across all materials — from reports and research to presentations and digital assets.
Qualifications
- 2+ years leading brand, marketing, or communications in venture, technology, finance, or adjacent fields.
- Strong storytelling ability across multiple mediums (writing, digital, video, and live events).
- Experience building and managing brand systems with consistency and high aesthetic standards.
- Excellent creative judgment and a bias for high-quality execution.
