Metrics Recruitment is on the lookout for a visionary and adept Business Head for a company that is popularizing staking and attracting over one billion users to the staking ecosystem. This role will focus on driving the integration and advancement of restaking innovations, particularly in decentralized finance, rewards systems, and product positioning. As a key leader, you will be instrumental in elevating the product's market presence and technical prowess within the rapidly evolving digital landscape.


Role and Responsibilities:


Restaking Architecture and DeFi Integration:

  • Lead the strategic integration of the product into various digital wallets, optimizing user accessibility and functionality.
  • Devise and implement innovative strategies to maximize rewards through seamless DeFi integrations, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
  • Oversee the strategic listing of rsETH on emerging Layer 2 (L2) solutions, unlocking maximum airdrop potentials and expanding our reach within the DeFi ecosystem.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the AVS network to extend our platform's functionality and drive innovation in restaking architecture.


Selection of AVS - Customer Flow:

  • Lead the gathering of AVS requirements, including economic security needs, preference for dual or single token staking, validator specifications, and integration preferences.
  • Develop mechanisms for validating and distinguishing AVS based on risk-adjusted return profiles, sustainability of rewards, and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the DAO to crowdsource opinions and develop internal resources to support AVS selection and validation processes.


Distribution:

  • Drive the seamless integration of the product into a wide array of wallets, enhancing user accessibility and adoption.
  • Maximize rewards through strategic DeFi integration and partnerships, ensuring optimal yield opportunities for users.
  • Expand our network reach and functionality through strategic partnerships with multiple AVS entities.


Product Positioning:

  • Craft compelling narratives and educational content to articulate the unique advantages of restaking and liquid restaking.
  • Conduct thorough comparative analyses to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement, positioning the product as the premier choice for restaking enthusiasts.


Drive Awareness (Marketing):

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns leveraging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), forums, social media platforms, and physical events.
  • Collaborate closely with AVS partners on joint marketing initiatives to amplify brand visibility and penetrate new markets with unrivalled efficacy.


Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key entities within the AVS ecosystem, fostering mutual growth and innovation.
  • Identify and cultivate potential AVS partnerships, with a focus on untapped opportunities in rollups, sequencers, and bridges aligned with Eigenlayer's vision.
  • Position the company as the preferred restaking partner within the AVS ecosystem, solidifying our reputation as the go-to solution for DeFi enthusiasts.


Product Requirement Gathering:

  • Continuously gather detailed product requirements and insights to inform product development and innovation.
  • Benchmark competition and analyze market trends to drive product evolution and maintain our competitive edge in the restaking landscape.


Product Design Reference:

  • Ensure that product design references align with industry-leading standards, leveraging insights and other cutting-edge platforms to drive innovation and user satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Around 10+ years of experience in business strategy and other related relevant fields.
  • Proven experience in blockchain technology, DeFi, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, staking, and blockchain-based rewards systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in relationship management and partnership development.
