Metrics Recruitment is searching for an experienced and driven Head of Operations to work closely with the CEO of a company that protects transactions from harmful MEV. This role is pivotal for managing day-to-day operations based in the Vancouver office, allowing the CEO to focus on product development and engineering. The successful candidate will be integral to fostering a scalable, efficient, and resilient operational environment in a fast-paced, high-growth startup. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the company's daily operations and business processes.
• Implement and manage scalable operational strategies that align with the companies growth objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of business goals.
• Manage Legal, HR, Accounting and Equity services 
• Engage with and resolve customer issues when required

Qualifications

• Proven experience in setting up and scaling operations within early-stage startups or high-growth companies.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement adaptable processes in response to rapid changes and growth.
• Strong background in executing operational strategies and solving complex problems in a resource-constrained environment.
• Knowledge of financial fundamentals such as cost control and profit-and-loss (P&L) management.
• Self-directed with bias for action.
• Knowledgeable and a believer in crypto without a need for technical expertise.
