This senior, hands-on role focuses on building and managing a global ecosystem of partners to drive blockchain adoption at scale. The position involves leading strategic partnerships, guiding DeFi initiatives, and supporting developer and startup growth across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Partner Management

• Manage a portfolio of independent ecosystem partners delivering programs and developer initiatives.
• Set milestones, impact goals, and accountability structures.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with ecosystem priorities.

DeFi Ecosystem Management

• Support evaluation of DeFi teams and projects, with expertise in AMMs, DEXs, stablecoins, and liquidity behavior.
• Collaborate with partners to design milestone and incentive structures that drive DeFi development.
• Oversee initiatives related to market structure, including liquidity depth, market making, and OTC flows.

Startup & Developer Growth

• Build and maintain a pipeline of developers, founders, and ecosystem partners.
• Engage with communities, events, and industry groups to drive adoption.
• Support teams through ideation, integration, and launch.
• Create milestone frameworks and incentive logic for ecosystem partners.
• Track evaluation cycles and ensure partners stay on track.

Ecosystem Reporting & Insights

• Develop dashboards and scorecards for partner performance, DeFi activity, and regional growth.
• Provide updates highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain consistent tracking of activation and partner output.

• Knowledge of fintech, traditional finance, stablecoins, tokenized assets, treasury operations, and institutional integrations.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• 7–10 years in DeFi, crypto ecosystem growth, fintech, TradFi partnerships, or program operations.
• Experience managing external partners, program operators, or independent entities.
• Proven track record supporting developers, founders, or technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption or program success in fast-moving environments.

Skills:

• Strong DeFi literacy (AMMs, DEXs, stablecoins, liquidity, market making).
• Working knowledge of payment flows, treasury operations, RWAs, and institutional asset use-cases.
• Expertise in designing milestone frameworks, incentive structures, and accountability models.
