A leading digital asset investment firm is seeking a Fund Operations Manager to support the growth and global expansion of its investment platform. This role covers fund operations, reporting, legal and compliance oversight, and vendor management. You’ll work closely with portfolio managers, fund administrators, and senior leadership to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Fund Operations & Reporting
- Oversee client onboarding for new investors.
- Manage the fund valuation process in collaboration with administrators and portfolio teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely investor reporting by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive operational efficiency through tooling, automation, and process improvements.
- Provide ad hoc operational support during high activity periods.
Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Manage fund licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure sales and marketing activities remain compliant with relevant regulations.
- Assess feasibility and support expansion into new regulatory frameworks when required.
- Oversee creation and management of legal entities to support new markets or products.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with vendors, clients, and partners.
Vendor & Relationship Management
- Maintain oversight of administrators, legal counsel, and technology vendors.
- Ensure service standards align with contracts and internal policies.
- Monitor vendor performance and maximize value-for-money.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
- Contribute to business expansion and product launch initiatives.
- Provide cross-functional support during high-demand periods.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of operations experience in crypto, traditional finance, or fintech, with at least 2 years in fund operations or fund administration.
- Legal training, experience, and/or qualifications.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into action and execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and seniorities.
- Demonstrated success in managing change and improving processes.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting priorities.
