We’re looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to create the design identity and user experience of the ecosystem from the ground up. This is not about polishing existing interfaces—you’ll be establishing the foundation for how builders, developers, and users engage with the blockchain across dashboards, explorers, wallets, and dApps.

As one of the earliest design hires, you’ll own the challenge of translating a complex blockchain into clean, intuitive, and accessible design systems. You’ll define the look, feel, and usability of the ecosystem at launch, creating a design language that scales as adoption grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch user interfaces for core ecosystem products (network dashboards, explorers, wallets, developer portals).
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that make complex blockchain concepts intuitive.
• Build and maintain the first design system and component library—setting standards for consistency across the ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver beautiful, usable, and technically feasible designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure a user-first approach.
• Support ecosystem partners by providing design guidance and resources.
• Represent the design vision in the broader community and at events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with exposure to crypto or technical products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, with examples of building design languages from scratch.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping/design tools.
• Experience working in agile or fast-moving startup environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product and engineering teams.
