Understand Customers/Users: Develop a deep understanding of the company's customers’ and users’ needs, becoming the voice of the customer/user both internally and externally. Segment customer needs across the different types of actors within the company’s ecosystem. Build relationships with both crypto-native and non-crypto builders who are integrating stablecoins into their workflows, including centralized exchanges, payment processors, DeFi protocols, on-chain treasuries, large dollar holders, neobanks, market makers, wholesale financiers, etc.
Build a Product Roadmap: Translate customer needs into a prioritized product roadmap, gaining leadership consensus around a product strategy, and conceiving the products and features required to execute it.
Execute on the Roadmap: Collaborate with (web3 and web2) engineering and ecosystem development teams to execute the product roadmap, bringing features to market in a timely manner and adhering to customer needs and opportunities. Build and maintain suites of products and features across multiple verticals.
Communicate Effectively: Work with marketing and ecosystem teams to position and promote products and services to achieve alignment with various customer segments. Act as a representative of the product team when educating customers on existing and upcoming products, presenting at events and to partners.
Manage a Team: Manage and expand a distributed team of product managers and designers to scale the product function over time, with the ultimate goal of becoming one of the senior leaders of the project over the medium to long term.
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in product management or equivalent entrepreneurial experience.
5-10 years experience bringing tech products to market — ideally in fintech, payment solutions, and developer infrastructure.
Proven experience in conceiving and launching products from inception to maturity.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to express vision and strategy clearly in written form.
Strong sense of ownership and a demonstrated ability to drive product outcomes in the market.
Preferably, in-depth knowledge of cross-chain web3 products, blockchain interoperability, and messaging solutions — or a willingness to learn about crypto in depth.
Fluency in English.
