A fast-scaling company in the online gaming space, fresh off a $30M+ Series A raise, is searching for a Chief Marketing Officer to shape and lead its global marketing strategy. As part of the executive leadership team, you’ll be instrumental in driving brand growth, scaling user acquisition, and contributing directly to revenue expansion as the company moves from Series A toward later-stage growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Vision – Build and lead a marketing roadmap aligned with business goals, scaling efforts from early growth into late-stage success.
  • Brand Leadership – Shape the brand narrative, identity, and presence across all channels, ensuring consistency and emotional resonance.
  • Acquisition & Growth – Own customer acquisition across paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencer programs, and organic growth levers.
  • Product Marketing – Partner with product teams to launch features, communicate value, and support adoption through lifecycle messaging.
  • Digital Execution – Oversee key digital functions including performance marketing, content, CRM/email, and social media.
  • Influencer & Strategic Partnerships – Build and grow influencer, media, and partner relationships to boost visibility and growth.
  • Data-Driven Optimization – Leverage analytics to understand user behavior, segment audiences, and drive performance and ROI.
  • Team Leadership – Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing org, creating a culture of experimentation and ownership.
  • Budget Ownership – Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget to ensure efficient spend and growth outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey.
  • Executive Reporting – Present plans and results to leadership and investors, translating data into clear, strategic insights.


What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing with 5+ in a senior leadership role
  • Experience scaling growth at a Series A–C stage startup or high-growth tech company
  • Expertise across digital marketing, brand, product marketing, and user acquisition
  • Strong background managing large budgets and optimizing spend efficiency
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing marketing teams
  • Highly analytical and data-driven decision-making style
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
  • Experience in gaming, online entertainment, or consumer tech preferred
  • Prior exposure to startup or fast-paced environments is a big plus
  • Knowledge of iGaming or gaming markets is advantageous
