Metrics Recruitment is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for a leading distributed AI training network committed to providing a secure, cost-effective, and global end-to-end AI computing solution.

Responsibilities:

• Execute decisions made by the board of directors and oversee the comprehensive operations of the company. Establish, manage, and coordinate departments, including marketing, product development, and research and development. Responsible for global market strategy and execution, financing, and dealings with exchanges and related entities.
• According to the company's strategic planning, be responsible for annual comprehensive planning, goal setting, and driving execution. Ensure the realization of the strategic plan and oversee the coordination and execution of tasks and key performance indicators.
• Organize and manage the company's daily operational management, overseeing all aspects of business preparation, expansion, planning, and operational management.
• Possess an extensive industry network, channel resources, excel in external communication and business negotiations, and have in-depth knowledge of the AI/blockchain industry.
• Establish effective communication channels: Build smooth communication channels between the company and clients, suppliers, partners, supervisory authorities, government agencies, financial institutions, media, and other relevant entities. Conduct public relations activities to build a positive corporate image and enable company leadership to establish effective external communication channels.
• Depending on the operational needs of the company, have the authority to hire full-time or part-time legal, business management, and technical consultants and make decisions regarding their compensation and rewards.
• Responsible for talent recruitment and development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industry experience, including 10+ years of senior management experience in large or startup companies, at least 2 years of Cryptocurrencies experience.
• Possesses a high level of foresight and analytical abilities, along with a strong market acumen and professional judgment.
• Proven track record of successfully case from 0 to 1 within the Web3 ecosystem in a crypto or blockchain or AI industry context. 
• Strong understanding of Web3/DeFi and machine learning stage like interference and fine-turn. 
• Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and excellent decision-making, leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets within the Web3 context and identify insights and opportunities for growth.
• Ability to independently solve problems and handle high-pressure situations.
• Outstanding interpersonal and social skills, extensive negotiation skills, and exceptional business negotiation abilities.
• Several years of experience in the chip/AI/blockchain industry with expertise in the entire industry value chain.
• Strong work ethic, professional ethics, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep connection to and love for the industry. Background in fields such as internet, AI, blockchain, finance, or related areas is a plus.
